Last year we had many buyers from Japan, this year we have buyers from Indonesia and the Philippines. I’m surprised by the amount of buyers we’ve met so far this year. We’ve met many new potential customers and some of our exhibitors have already signed contracts with buyers from the Philippines. The design trend in stationery is growing and our goal is to expand the prospect of Thai businesses. "We are exhibiting at the Hong Kong International Stationery Fair because we want to be exposed to the world market. The show is an important and leading platform for the stationery industry in Asia Pacific as we can step into the world market in a professional way. The fair is held in January which is the best time of the year as buyers start sourcing for the year ahead. It’s a good opportunity to update my customers with our latest development and to showcase our new designs. Paper-related products, stationery and office supplies are growing sectors, especially in America. So far for the first day we have met a lot of American buyers and already received a couple of good enquiries that we can follow up after the fair. This fair always attracts visitors of high quality as well as potential buyers. They are genuine buyers at managerial level sourcing for what they need for their own markets. Our factory is the second largest manufacturer of stationery products in Indonesia. The fair is more crowded than the previous editions. We have to and would like to join the fair next year."

"This is my first time visit to the Hong Kong International Stationery Fair. Our company is the largest retailer in India having over 200 retail stores. I’m here to explore new sourcing options or any one-stop solutions for stationery supply. We would like to connect with suppliers of back-to-school stationery, kids’ items and licensed character merchandise here. I have full-day meetings with exhibitors in the first two days of the fair.
